A twelve-year-old single cask Aultmore from Speyside, bottled by James Eadie at cask strength, 55.1% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled on 26 October 2010 and matured entirely in a re-charred hogshead, then bottled in 2023. The cask gave 323 bottles.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Tart fruit and floral notes open the nose, with mandarin, honeysuckle and vanilla. The palate is creamy and full, with lemon peel, milk chocolate and red berries, and the long finish leaves honey and mandarin.
