Aultmore – 13 Year Old 2010/2024 Cask AU1024 Hidden Spirits (70cl, 51.5%)

This is a 13 year old Speyside single malt from Aultmore, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2024 by the independent Italian bottler Hidden Spirits. It comes from cask AU1024 at a natural cask strength of 51.5%, without chill-filtering or added colour, and the outturn is 218 bottles. The release forms part of Hidden Spirits' celebration of its tenth anniversary. The nose is floral, with green fruit, citrus and a little vanilla. The palate is creamy, with sweet barley and honey, a pinch of white pepper and mint. The finish is medium to long, fruity and grassy, with subtle spice and a drying note.
