This is a 14 year old Aultmore single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV. Gordon & MacPhail released it in its Connoisseurs Choice series.
The whisky matured in refill American hogsheads and sherry hogsheads. Herbs, dried fruit, malt, light fruit, spice, charred oak, oiled wood and hints of sherry are the flavours described.
