An Aultmore distilled on 26 June 2008 and matured for 15 years in a butt, cask number 900272. It was bottled on 4 January 2024 by The Single Malts of Scotland at a natural cask strength of 61.8% ABV, unfiltered and uncoloured.
The nose offers spicy oak and cinnamon with the drier notes of leather and dried tobacco. On the palate, a rich sweetness of dates and raisins merges with soft caramel and berry fruit. The finish brings deep cocoa notes, rounded off by a touch of sea salt.
