This is a 15 year old Speyside single malt from Aultmore, distilled on 26 June 2008 and bottled by The Single Malts of Scotland on 4 January 2024. It was matured in butt 900272 and bottled at a cask strength of 61.8%, without chill-filtration or added colour. The single cask gave 634 bottles.
The nose has spicy oak, cinnamon, leather and dried tobacco. On the palate come dates, raisins, soft caramel, berries and malty depth. The finish is long, with dark cocoa and a note of sea salt.
