This is a 15 year old Aultmore from Speyside, bottled by Le Gus't as Selection XXXXII. It was distilled on 21 June 2010 and matured in a single bourbon barrel, cask 822546, before bottling on 6 March 2026 at 57.1%. The release comprises 208 bottles, here in a 70cl size. Le Gus't had wanted to bottle an Aultmore for some years, feeling the distillery, near Keith, had been overlooked. The nose is rich and indulgent, fruity and chocolatey, with a creamy, generous feel. On the palate there is buttered bread dusted with cocoa powder. The finish stays comforting and indulgent, with depth from fifteen years in the cask.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
