This is a single cask Aultmore from Speyside, matured for 15 years in a single refill bourbon barrel and bottled by Chorlton Whisky at 58.1%. The cask yielded 160 bottles.
The nose offers bright orchard fruits, floral notes and vanilla sweetness, with gentle spice and fresh oak. With air, citrus and pineapple appear alongside a little white pepper. The palate is medium bodied and well balanced, and the finish is long, ending on aniseed.
