This is a 16 year old Speyside single malt from Aultmore, bottled by Signatory Vintage as Edition #14 of its 100 Proof Exceptional Cask series. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 at 57.1% ABV.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, casks that had held Oloroso only once before. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Aultmore was founded in 1896.
