Aultmore – 1990-2007 16 Year Old Dewar Rattray Cask Collection Single Cask 3626 (70cl, 57.9%)

A single cask Speyside single malt from Aultmore, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2007 at 16 years old by independent bottler Dewar Rattray as part of its Cask Collection series. It was bottled from cask 3626 at a natural cask strength of 57.9%, in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration. The whisky matured in a sherry cask and has a rich mahogany colour. It is described as combining dried fruits, dark chocolate, polished oak and warming spice, with a malty character from the distillery.
