Aultmore 2006 is an 18 year old Speyside single malt from the Aultmore distillery, bottled by Signatory for its Symington's Choice series at 65.5% abv. The spirit was filled into a first fill Oloroso sherry butt on 10 April 2006 and bottled on 18 February 2025. The release comes from a single cask, and 594 bottles were filled from it.
