This single cask Aultmore was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2024 by Berry Bros & Rudd. It is a Speyside single malt that has been finished in a tequila cask. The nose offers sweet agave, fresh grass and a light floral note, with lemon and a hint of pepper behind. The palate is intense, with mango and papaya giving a tropical, fruity character, along with vanilla, caramel and honey. Beneath that sit lightly earthy, salty touches.
