A single cask Aultmore from Speyside, distilled in October 2010 and bottled by Hart Brothers in March 2024 after 13 years. It comes at a natural cask strength of 56.1% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose has floral notes, green fruit and citrus with light vanilla. On the palate it is creamy, with sweet barley and honey, a little white pepper and mint. The finish is medium to long, bringing fruity and herbal notes together with gentle spice and a dry close.
