A single cask Aultmore from Speyside, distilled on 4 May 2011 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 20 February 2026 after 14 years. It was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 61.7% for the Cask Strength Collection, in a 70cl bottle.
Cask number 4 yielded 342 bottles. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is raisins and plums with honey sweetness and cinnamon. On the palate, dark chocolate and creamy caramel come with dried fruit, honey and spice, while tannins give structure. The finish is long, with chocolate, dried fruit and spicy oak.
