This Aultmore is an 11 year old Speyside single malt selected by Thompson Bros. and bottled at 56.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled on 21 April 2014 and bottled in May 2025.
It matured in a bourbon hogshead, which gave 300 bottles. The whisky shows the fruity delicacy and freshness of the distillery.
The nose is bright, with lemon curd, plaster, white peach and white pepper, plus touches of meringue and watermelon freshness. The palate is ample and fruity, with vanilla, kiwi, agave syrup, strawberries and lemon zest. The finish is soft and spicy, with a slightly oily texture.
