Aultmore 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It was aged for 21 years in a combination of refill bourbon and sherry casks, and it is non-chill-filtered. Aultmore was founded in 1897.
The nose is delicate and floral, with white peach, fresh apple slices, meadow honey, soft cereal and oak. The palate brings poached pear, vanilla cream and herbal malt, with spice and orchard fruit. The finish is long, with vanilla fudge, oak and dried flowers.
