Azienda Agricola Gallegati Corallo Giallo Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG

A dry white wine from Azienda Agricola Gallegati, made from Albana. It shows a bright straw colour, with delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and subtle citrus notes, finishing with bitter almond. On the palate it is savoury and fresh, with balance between structure and acidity. It suits seafood starters, grilled fish, vegetable-based first courses and fresh cheeses. Serve around 8-10 °C in wide white wine glasses. Best enjoyed in the first years after bottling.
