A red wine from Colli di Faenza, produced by Azienda Agricola Gallegati. It shows a medium ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit and light spicy notes. On the palate it has medium body, soft tannins and a balance between freshness and structure. The finish is measured, with fruity returns and a light earthy note. It suits cured meats, ragù pasta, white meat roasts and medium-aged cheeses, and can also accompany mushroom dishes or savoury sauces. Serve around 16-18°C, opening the bottle a little in advance.
