A white wine from Azienda Agricola Gallegati, made in the Colli di Faenza. It is straw yellow and luminous. The nose is discreet, with mature fruity notes and light floral hints, plus a fresh note. On the palate it is slim, with sapidity supporting the sip and calibrated acidity. It pairs naturally with simple seafood dishes, light starters, vegetables and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif. Serve cool, avoiding temperatures that are too cold.
