The nose offers white flowers, ripe citrus, apple and a light almond note, in a clean and linear aromatic profile. On the palate it has good acidity supporting a slender structure, with fruity returns and a savoury finish. It suits seafood antipasti, grilled fish, salads, light pasta, fresh cheeses and delicate white meats, served fresh at 8-10 C.
