Baileys Original Irish Cream is a cream liqueur from Ireland at 17% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It combines Irish whiskey, spirits and fresh Irish dairy cream with chocolate and vanilla flavours, and was introduced in 1974.
The colour is an opaque creamy tan. The nose is sweet cream, cocoa and vanilla with a hint of toasted nuts. The palate is silky and moderately sweet, with milk chocolate, vanilla and light caramel over soft whiskey warmth. The finish is smooth, creamy and gently warming.
