Bain's Single Grain (70cl, 40%)

Bain's Single Grain is a South African single grain whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from 100% South African maize and matured twice on first-fill Bourbon casks. Water, yeast and grain are its only ingredients. The warm South African climate speeds up maturation and the extraction of flavour from the oak, which is given as the reason for its smoothness. It is described as having distinctive aromas and a delicate, smooth flavour.
