Balblair 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the Balblair distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and double-fired American oak casks, and it is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is bright lemon peel with creamy vanilla and crisp green apples. On the palate come ground spices and dried orange slices wrapped in intense, set honey sweetness. The finish is creamy and leathery, with sweet vanilla.
