Balblair – 12 Year Old (70cl)

Balblair 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and double-fired American oak casks, then kept in dunnage warehouses with earthen floors. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and pours a polished gold. The nose offers lemon peel, creamy vanilla and crisp green apples. On the palate, ground spices and dried orange slices sit alongside a rich set-honey sweetness. The finish is long and creamy, with subtle leathery notes and sweet vanilla.
