This is a ten-year-old Balblair from The Single Cask's Family Series, drawn from one Oloroso sherry hogshead. The spirit was distilled on 12 October 2011 and bottled on 14 February 2022, with 250 bottles filled. Nose and palate share rich red fruit, gentle white pepper and a touch of wine gums. Dark chocolate, toasted oak and roasted malt sit alongside them.
