Balcones – Baby Blue Corn Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Baby Blue is a Texas corn whisky from Balcones, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is made from roasted heirloom blue corn and is described as the first Texas whisky released since Prohibition. The blue corn gives a rich, oily grain character, and the whisky is intentionally youthful, keeping the freshness of classic American distilling. In the glass it is described as round and nutty, with roasted overtones. The mouthfeel is viscous and the finish soft.
