This is a 13-year-old Highland single malt, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023 from a single Chardonnay cask, number 803. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 48.2% ABV.
The cask belongs to a collaboration between Edradour and the St. Michael-Eppan winery in South Tyrol, the first of its kind for the distillery. It produced seven new single casks, drawing on the winery's Sanct Valentin range, for which cellar master Hans Terzer has chosen the wines with about 40 years of experience.
