Ballechin 13 Year Old Chardonnay Cask #803 St. Michael Eppan (70cl, 48.2%)

Ballechin 13 Year Old is a single cask malt from Edradour, matured in Chardonnay cask number 803 and bottled at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The cask comes from the distillery's first collaboration with the South Tyrolean winery St. Michael-Eppan, which produced seven new single casks and draws on the winery's prestige Sanct Valentin range. Edradour lies in the Highlands, east of Pitlochry, and part of its production still uses equipment from the 19th century.
