Bams Jubileum Millstone American Oak Cask is a Dutch single malt made with Zuidam Distillers for the 125th anniversary of Bams. It is the second release in a trilogy created for the occasion, matured in American oak and bottled at 51.7% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is spicy, with oak and spices, sweet malt, vanilla and light ripe fruit. The palate is firm and spicy, with oak, sweet malt and vanilla, and a little fruit. The finish is long, warm and dry, with spices, oak and malt.
