Barbancourt Cane Blossom is a Haitian rum made from pure sugar cane juice, released as a limited edition of 1,800 bottles worldwide. It is a 2023 millesime and was finished for three months in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The distillery was founded in Haiti in 1862 and remains family-owned.
The nose carries freshness of cane with floral, aromatic scents of Mizunara. The palate is smooth, round and sugary, with expressions of white fruits. The finish is soft but long.
