A limited edition Haitian rum from Barbancourt, distilled in 2008 and aged for 15 years. It matured in ex-Cognac casks, then ex-Bourbon casks, and finished in ex-Islay peated whisky casks. It was bottled at 46.7% vol. and the outturn was 4,850 bottles worldwide.
The nose shows delicate spices with peat and smoky flavours. The palate is round and smooth. The finish is long and complex, opening on dried fruits.
