Barolo Bricco Rocca DOCG - Ballarin

A Barolo from Piedmont made from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes reflecting the terroir of Serralunga d'Alba, with calcareous-clay soils. After traditional fermentation it ages in large wooden casks. The nose shows faded roses, ripe red fruits, liquorice and sweet spices. On the palate the tannins are vigorous but refined, with a persistent finish. It pairs with meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses.
