Chardonnay Langhe DOC - Ballarin

A white wine from Ballarin, made from Chardonnay in the Langhe. It has a clean, well-balanced profile, with aromas of golden apple and ripe pear, citrus notes and a light mineral touch. The palate is juicy but not exuberant, with medium body, lively acidity and a texture that caresses the palate, leaving a pleasant savouriness. It is best served fresh and pairs well with simply prepared fish, shellfish, white meats and soft cheeses, or as an aperitif for those who prefer something dry but soft. Suitable for young drinking, it also has enough structure to support a few months in the cellar.
