Barrell Bourbon Batch 036 Cask Strength Blended Straight Bourbon (75cl, 57.2%)

Barrell Bourbon Batch 036 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from three states, bottled at cask strength of 57.22% (114.44 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The Kentucky component is 9 years old, the Indiana whiskeys are 7.5, 8 and 10 years old, and the Tennessee whiskeys are 8 and 15 years old. The derived mash bill is 79% corn, 16% rye and 5% malted barley. It is the first batch to carry Barrell's redesigned label, which puts the batch number and the full breakdown of states and ages on the front. Tasting notes describe caramel corn, apple pie and powdered sugar, balanced by leather, oak and dried citrus.
