This is the fifth edition of Garryana, an American single malt from Westland in Seattle, Washington. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle and matured in American oak.
Westland has made single malt from 100% malted barley since the distillery opened in January 2010. The spirit is distilled only to 80% ABV, and maturation takes place in casks no larger than 700 litres.
