Basil Hayden's is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. Booker Noe created it in 1992 as part of the Small Batch Collection, aiming for a more subtle style of bourbon than its siblings. The style takes its inspiration from the whiskey pioneer Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr.
On the palate, charred oak is balanced by sweet brown sugar, a touch of black pepper and dried fruit.
