This is a blended whisky from France, produced by the Daucourt family from French-grown barley and wheat. It is matured in a variety of casks and finished in French Limousin oak, then bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings citrus peel, fresh apricot, floral notes, toffee, vanilla and gentle herbs. The palate is smooth and sweet at first, with honey, vanilla, citrus, cherry and warming spice. The finish is medium to long and warming, with oak, cinnamon, baking spice and lingering fruit.
