Bearface Triple Oak Canadian Whisky (70cl, 42.5%)

Bearface Triple Oak is a single grain Canadian whisky, bottled at 42.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, then aged in French oak red wine casks and air-dried virgin Hungarian oak. Bearface uses what it calls Elemental Ageing: hand-selected casks are kept in repurposed shipping containers and exposed to the Canadian wilderness. Temperatures can swing from -10°C to 40°C in a single day, which amplifies the interaction between whisky and wood for a bolder, smoother flavour.
