Beaver's Dram Canadian Rye Whisky Port Wood Finish

Beaver's Dram Canadian Rye Whisky Port Wood Finish is a Canadian rye from Dunrobin Distilleries in eastern Ontario, finished in port wood. The nose is sweet, with orange, nougat, walnut, white pepper and a little charcoal. On the palate there are smoked hickory, mint, candied orange and ginger, with the smoke balancing sweet caramel and vanilla. The finish brings vanilla, melted caramel, wood smoke and port in delicate balance.
