Bedford Park Burnside 1999 Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)

Bedford Park Burnside 1999 is an independent blended malt Scotch whisky released under the Bedford Park label. Burnside is the name given to a teaspooned malt: mainly Balvenie single malt from Dufftown, with a small amount of Glenfiddich single malt added. The whisky was distilled in 1999 and matured for more than two decades in oak barrels. It is described as a mature Speyside malt character. The nose is warm honey, baked yellow apple, dried apricot, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and polished oak. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with honeyed cereal, stone fruit, candied orange peel and soft cinnamon. The finish is long and warm, with sweet malt, gentle baking spice and dry oak.
