A single cask rum from the La Cabaña distillery in El Salvador, distilled on a continuous column still and matured for 13 years in ex-bourbon casks and 2 years in an ex-rum cask. It was bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration, no colouring and no added sugar.
The nose has glue, honey, caramel and pepper. The palate is warm, with honey, chocolate and bitter almond. The finish is mild.
