Bellamy's Reserve 28 Year Old 1994 Guyana Enmore (70cl, 51.8%)

A single cask rum from the former Enmore distillery in Guyana, distilled in May 1994 and bottled in May 2022 at cask strength after 28 years. It is the sister cask of the 1994 Guyana Enmore rum bottled the previous year, with 99 bottles available. The nose shows medicinal aromas, wood, cassis, blackberry, liquorice, fruit bread, floral coffee, balsamic, grapefruit zest and mint; the palate has strong mocha, dark blackberry, dark chocolate, iodine, tannins and wood; the finish has intense cassis and a hint of mint.
