Bellamy's Reserve is a 31-year-old single cask rum from Guyana, distilled in June 1991 at Enmore and bottled in August 2022 at cask strength. It was aged for 31 years in oak and limited to 150 bottles from the cask.
On the nose there are heavy leather and wood notes, cherry, plum, caramelised Demerara sugar, mint, fruit bread, dark chocolate, cassis and citrus. The palate is powerful with smoke, chocolate, fruit, wood, iodine, oil, mint, leather and liquorice. The finish is long and minty, with leather, wood and medicinal notes.
