A Belize rum distilled in September 2007 and bottled in February 2023. It is a single cask release from Travellers Distillery, limited to 334 bottles, with no dosage. The rum matured for 15 years in white oak casks, 13 years in tropical climate and 2 years in continental climate. It is dry and spicy, with intense nut and chocolate tones. The nose offers roasted coconut chips, orange peel, butter biscuit, maple syrup and milk chocolate. The palate brings roasted nuts, cinnamon, sandalwood, grape jelly, maple syrup and dark chocolate.
