A limited edition rum blended from casks from Barbados, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, bottled in 2023 as the second batch. It spent 15 months in an Oloroso sherry cask, with an outturn of 288 bottles. The same cask previously held its predecessor.
The nose and palate show dried fruits, raisin, sherry, milk chocolate, pecan, butter biscuit, butterscotch, salted caramel and pepper.
