A single cask rum distilled in Panama in August 1997 and bottled in 2021 at 24 years old. The outturn was 220 bottles at cask strength.
The nose brings dried apricot, orange peel, lemon zest, vanilla, nougat, butter biscuit and roasted hazelnut. The palate is powerful and warm, with date, orange peel, mocha, strong espresso, dark bitter chocolate, cocoa, maple syrup, raisin, pecan and tobacco.
