Bellamy's Rum 15th Edition Bourbon Cask (70cl, 51.5%)

A rum blended from Barbados, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, distilled from molasses in both pot and column stills. It spent 5 to 8 years ageing tropically, followed by 4 years of continental ageing in a single cask from a renowned bourbon distillery, for a total age of 9 to 12 years. The nose brings honey, butter biscuit, vanilla, milk chocolate, young wood and balsamic notes. On the palate, tart wild cherry meets gentle freshness and warm vanilla, leading to a dry, tarry finish.
