A Franciacorta from Lombardy, made mainly from Chardonnay with a small proportion of Pinot Noir. It is produced without dosage after the second fermentation in bottle, giving purity and definition of flavour. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers white flowers, green apple and a hint of fresh yeast. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh, with balanced structure, pleasant acidity, fruit purity and minerality, leaving a long, clean and refined finish.
