Uccellanda is a Curtefranca Bianco DOC white wine from Bellavista. It shows white flowers, ripe citrus, green apple and pear on the nose, remaining elegant rather than assertive. The palate has fresh acidity balanced by medium body, with a savoury texture and a clean, relatively persistent finish. It suits aperitifs and delicate seafood dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10 C and drink young for freshness.
