A Franciacorta sparkling wine from Bellavista, made from hand-harvested Pinot Nero and Chardonnay from the best vineyards of Franciacorta. It has a delicate, elegant pink colour with bright reflections. The nose offers small red fruits, citronella and a light trace of toasted bread from long maturation on the lees. On the palate, lively acidity balances a round, velvety body, with fine, persistent perlage. Red fruit notes blend with citrus and mineral hints, leaving a clean, persistent sensation. It suits seafood starters, delicate fish dishes and aperitifs.
