Belle Meade Cask Strength Reserve is a bourbon bottled at 57.3% in a 75cl bottle, from batch 19-15 and distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. It is a blend of well-aged barrels averaging between seven and eleven years old. Barrels with the depth of a single barrel but a lower proof were set aside, then married with higher-proof barrels to lift the strength. It is not chill-filtered. Tasting notes describe a balance of spicy rye, stone fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, alongside vanilla, caramel, nougat and toffee.
